This international PhD course gives the participants an introduction to academic leadership and its relations to university governance.

 

It is a chance to understand the role of the leadership issues related to the world leading universities in the International Alliance of Research Universities (IARU).

 

Networking among such interested PhD students is a cemtral objective.

Who can participate in the course?

The course is for PhD students from all disciplines at IARU universities interested in academic leadership issues and university governance.

 

Participants should preferably be in the middle of their PhD study.
